In this role, you will define and execute the product roadmap for Aero Vect’s Autonomous Ground Support Equipment. Your leadership will enhance safety and performance, critical to client operations. You’ll liaise with cross-functional teams to balance technical accuracy with business imperatives, ensuring all product decisions align with customer-centric goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the overarching product strategy for AGSE
• Define KPIs to enable ongoing product health assessments
• Guide technical execution in a safety-critical context
• Facilitate customer engagement and execution strategies
• Establish successful product development practices
Requirements:
• BS in a technical domain or equivalent
• 5+ years managing complex product life cycles
• Direct experience in performance-sensitive environments
• Proven ability to manage enterprise customer relationships
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
