Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pakistan. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and managing learning initiatives across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and tracking the effectiveness of learning interventions. The specialist will collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to align learning programs with business goals, maintain training records, and continuously improve learning processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to plan, implement, and evaluate employee learning initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management to administer learning platforms, track participation, and report on training outcomes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design to create structured, engaging, and outcome-focused training content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, provide feedback, and support employee growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in corporate learning, HR, or organizational development is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training projects.
- Proficiency with presentation tools and common office software; experience with e-learning tools is a plus.
