Level 2 Support Engineer | MSP | Permanent Role

An exciting new opportunity is available for a Level 2 Support Engineer at a Market-Leading Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position, located in the Sydney CBD and offers a modern on-site working environment and excellent opportunities for career development.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering Level 2 IT support, both on-site and remotely. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure timely resolutions and maintain high levels of user satisfaction. Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience providing Level 2 support within an MSP environment.
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Azure Active Directory, and
Intune (Endpoint Manager) - Monitoring, managing, and maintaining client environments using RMM tools such as NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, N‑able, or similar
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM.
- Solid understanding of core networking concepts including:
- DNS (Domain Name System)
- DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)
- TCP/IP fundamentals
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Ability to troubleshoot user access, authentication, and device compliance issues in hybrid environments.
