Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve major production equipment failures, and develop long-term corrective actions to minimize recurring issues.
- Lead equipment modification, optimization, and tooling improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
- Develop preventive maintenance standards, maintenance procedures, and work instructions, while providing technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts management and external maintenance activities.
- Prepare equipment reports, technical documentation, and project-related records, and support departmental initiatives.
- Respond to production line emergencies and provide support during night shifts, overtime, and holiday standby when required.
Qualifications
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang or Cileungsi, Bogor
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment engineering or maintenance within the automotive or lithium battery manufacturing industry.
- Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment improvement skills.
- Able to prepare technical proposals and perform basic cost estimation.
- Basic English reading and writing skills; able to communicate in English for daily work. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts, overtime, and provide emergency support during weekends or public holidays when required.
