Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at our Western Area Urban location. The Maintenance Manager will oversee regular and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and facilities operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance staff, supervising repair work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing the performance of all facilities and operational equipment. The individual will also perform regular inspections and implement long-term maintenance strategies to support the business's operational goals.
Qualifications
- HND or higher in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Strong background in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair processes
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills with experience leading and coordinating maintenance teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address unexpected equipment issues
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and workplace compliance standards
