We are looking for an Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant utility systems. The role ensures the reliability, safety, and compliance of building and utility facilities, including electrical, water, compressed air, ventilation, wastewater, and refrigeration systems, while supporting operational excellence in a food manufacturing environment.
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and optimization of plant utility systems, including refrigeration, ventilation, electrical, water, wastewater, and compressed air facilities
- .Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- .Monitor utility performance, analyze operational data, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and operating parameters
- .Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective and preventive actions for utility-related issues
- .Oversee third-party contractors and service providers to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- .Support engineering improvement projects, facility upgrades, and sustainability initiatives focused on resource and energy efficiency
- .Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and food safety requirements while providing engineering reports and operational support for continuous improvement initiatives

Job Qualificatio

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering discipline with a valid PRC licen - se.At least three (3) years of relevant experience in utilities, facilities, or plant engineering within a food manufacturing environme
