Job Description:
- Familiarity with legal databases, MS Office, and digital documentation tools
- Strong ability to manage Local Liaison, coordinate with government bodies, and handle negotiations.
- Especially important in land-related roles, where Telangana state- Land related specific regulations.
- Lead and oversee land protection processes, including vigilance, negotiations, documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide expert legal counsel on land-related matters, contracts, disputes, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, including environmental and property regulations.
- Manage litigation related to land and property issues, coordinate with external legal counsel, and represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.
- Formulate and implement policies for land management and legal risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and statutory requirements.
- Lead the Land & Legal team coordinate CSR Related activities in connected villages, and foster a culture of legal excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- To prepare or Legal vetting of drafts, process related to disciplinary actions initiated on Employees
