IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage field and customer operations for Copper and Fiber-to-the-Home (FF) networks, ensuring timely service provisioning, fault rectification, and network rehabilitation within defined KPIs. Oversee access network elements, GPON operations, PSTN/DSL/IPTV services, and FF migration targets while supporting network planning and outage reduction initiatives. Ensure efficient mobilization of maintenance teams, monitor customer experience indicators (CHI), conduct preventive maintenance activities, and maintain HSE compliance across all operational activities within the assigned domain.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
- Manage Field/ Customer Operations OSP Network of Copper/FF of Access NEs, MSAGs ZTE/Huawei/Nokia in his domain.
- Provisioning of Services to New FF/ Copper Customers within defined service KPI’s in respective domain.
- Rectification of FF/Copper Customers faults within defined service KPI’s.
- Rehab or FF/Copper network for better customer experience.
- Achievement of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly FF Migration Targets.
- Preparation of data for new FF network Planning in service affecting areas.
- Handling PSTN/DSL/IPTV, FF issues related to respective domain
- Handling of GPON related issues. Monitor and improve GPON CHI respective domain.
- Timely mobilization of Maintenance Teams in case of Fault occurrences & Rectification.
- PMR of Cabinets/ FAT/NAP & analysis for outage Reduction.
- HSE Compliance respective domain during day-to-day operation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecom/Computer/Software)
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Technical Competency:
- Network Planning, Project Management Skills
- Understanding of Copper/GPON/FF/NGN/IP/GPON Networks
- Planning/Deployment of GPON Network
- Proficient in MS Excel/Power Point/Databases
