Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Pontiac, Illinois
Duration: 12 Months of contract with high possibility of extension
Position’s Contributions:
- Manufacturing process improvement/validation for CNC machining processes
- Daily support quality and operation teams
Typical tasks:
- 30% office on PCN, testing report, prototype design, manufacturing process analysis
- 70% shop floor and Lab on operation manufacturing process trouble shooting and prototype validation etc.
Top pointers:
- Manufacturing process experience – machining (CNC)
- Tooling knowledge – drilling, turning, milling
- Shop floor Root cause analysis related to manufacturing process
- Strong communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 05+ years of professional experience
- Master’s degree with 05+ years of experience (Combination of professional experience and manufacturing related internship/co-op/academic experience)
