Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and production engineering activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will assist with production support, troubleshooting, documentation management, and continuous improvement projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing and production engineering activities
- Assist with process improvements and manufacturing troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Support equipment setup, maintenance coordination, and production operations
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Assist with validation, CAPA, and change control activities
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related Engineering field
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with GMP/cGMP and quality systems
- Exposure to engineering documentation and process improvement activities
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or manufacturing systems is a plus
