A growing defense technology company is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to take new electro-mechanical products from design through production. This is a build-it role. You'll own the processes, the tooling, and the technical calls that turn a design package into a product that ships.

What you'll do
- Take new products from development into production alongside R&D, design, and supply chain
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and assembly methods
- Own the technical data package: interpret engineering drawings, PCBA schematics, BOMs, and specs for internal teams and suppliers
- Define and optimize assembly and test processes for electro-mechanical systems
- Run root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
What you'll need
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, ideally electro-mechanical or defense/aerospace
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Hands-on New Product Introduction (NPI) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) experience
- Fluent in SolidWorks and reading engineering drawings with GD&T
- Strong electro-mechanical assembly background
Nice to have
- PCBA, BOM, and TDP experience
- CNC, injection molding, sheet metal, 3D printing, or composites
- ERP/PLM systems, IPC standards, Lean Six Sigma

Compensation and benefits
Base salary $105,000–$115,000, plus a full benefits package: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.
