Production Coordinator – Composite Materials

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join a solid industrial project within the renewable energy and advanced composites sector in Andalusia, Spain.
Your mission
Lead production from the front line: coordinate teams, solve issues in real time, and ensure the plant operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
What you will do
• Lead production activities directly on the shop floor
• Manage a team of approximately 50 operators
• Make operational decisions in real time
• Optimize composite manufacturing processes
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery targets are met
• Act as the technical and operational reference point for the team
What we are looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial production
• Previous experience leading teams
• Composite materials background (infusion, RTM, fiberglass) highly valued
• Technical education (Engineering degree or equivalent experience)
• Experience with ERP systems and Office 365
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
