In your role as an NPI Manufacturing Engineer at VIAVI Solutions Canada ULC, you will focus on new product introductions, working alongside R&D teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement manufacturing fixtures and processes
• Validate and verify manufacturing processes
• Oversee NPI transitions from R&D to production
• Analyze production data for optimization opportunities
• Participate in lean initiatives and Six Sigma projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial preferred
• Familiarity with CAD tools like Creo
• Understanding of statistical process control
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
