Morales Professional Services is currently conducting a search for a General Manager & Site Leader for a well-known and respected manufacturing organization near Cordele, GA. This manufacturing leader will have full P&L responsibility and oversee all aspects of facility operations with 150 associates, ensuring the achievement of operational performance, profitability, safety, quality, and customer service objectives. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for plant operations, continuous improvement initiatives, financial performance, employee development, and customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies and procedures

Specific Responsibilitie

Provide overall leadership and direction for all plant operations, including production/parts, maintenance, quality, engineering, safety, environmental compliance, and administrati - on.Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments while directly supervising members of the plant leadership team to ensure achievement of operational and financial objectiv

Qualificati
ons:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of demonstrated accomplishments in roles of increasing responsibility within a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role. Other qualifications inc
