We are seeking an experienced MES Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment supporting AI server production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, maintain, and upgrade MES applications and system versions.
- Ensure MES system stability and support daily manufacturing operations.
- Design and configure MES workflows supporting assembly, testing, and packaging processes.
- Integrate MES with enterprise systems including ERP, SAP, WMS, and PLM.
- Support production line activities including work orders, workstation management, work reporting, station transfers, station locks, and product release processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Quality teams to establish traceability, inspection, defect management, and quality control processes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), pilot builds, process validation, and mass production deployments.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to drive MES enhancements.
- Integrate barcode systems, production equipment, test stations, and automated data collection solutions.
- Configure serial number (SN) management, lot traceability, genealogy tracking, and serialization rules.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting, implementing, configuring, or maintaining MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with MES architecture and modules including:
- Work Orders
- Routes
- BOM Management
- WIP Tracking
- Traceability
- Work Reporting
- Station Transfers
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, and packaging operations.
- Experience supporting MES deployment for NPI, pilot production, and high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience integrating MES with ERP, SAP, WMS, PLM, or similar enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with database management and SQL for troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation.
- Experience with barcode systems, serial number management, lot control, and equipment integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing process improvements.
- Experience with MES implementation, customization, or development within manufacturing environments preferred.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing traceability and quality systems.
- Experience working within global manufacturing organizations.
Language Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Mandarin Chinese fluency is a plus.
