Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is looking for a creative and well-organized Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
We are seeking a candidate who can manage marketing content, strengthen the company’s digital presence, create professional posts, and support marketing and business development activities in a way that reflects our engineering services, projects, and corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
- Create marketing content in both English and Arabic.
- Prepare and schedule professional posts, announcements, and company updates.
- Develop content ideas that highlight the company’s services, projects, achievements, and capabilities.
- Coordinate with technical departments to collect project updates, photos, achievements, and technical information.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, and capability statements.
- Contribute to improving the company’s brand identity and market positioning.
- Monitor the performance of posts and campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Support the business development team with marketing materials for client communication and proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience in managing corporate social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Ability to create professional B2B content.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or real estate development companies.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, paid campaigns, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
- Ability to prepare monthly content calendars and simple performance reports.
- Good understanding of the Saudi engineering, construction, and projects market.
