Mechanical Design Engineer | Co. Louth | €45,000 – €55,000
We're hiring two Mechanical Design Engineers for a well-established manufacturing business in Castlebellingham, Co. Louth with a strong portfolio of high-profile projects across Ireland and the UK.
What the role involves:
- Producing detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD or similar)
- Working with clients from initial concept through to production-ready drawings
- Collaborating with the fabrication team to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously to a high standard
What they're looking for:
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years in a mechanical or sheet metal design role
- Strong CAD skills and a solid understanding of sheet metal processes
- Detail-focused, well-organised, and comfortable working to deadlines
Package:
- €45,000 – €55,000 DOE
- Permanent, full-time
- Based in Co. Louth
