Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX
- Design casting components, patterns, and tooling
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with GDT
- Coordinate with production and foundry teams
- Modify designs based on trials and defect analysis
- Prepare BOM and technical documentation
- Support new product development (NPD)
Key Skills
- Siemens NX (Modeling, Assembly, Drafting)
- Casting / Foundry Knowledge
- GDT
- Pattern Tooling Design
- Manufacturing Process Knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in casting industry preferred
- Understanding of shrinkage, draft angles, and gating systems
- Ability to work with shop floor teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive
