MRB Support Engineers (L2–3)
Mechanical Engineer | $60/hr (1st) / $62/hr (2nd)
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and non-conformance data
- Prepare initial MRB packages and supporting evidence
- Gather and validate data required for engineering analysis
- Maintain documentation accuracy and end-to-end traceability
- Coordinate clean handoffs of prepared work to Authority Track engineers
- Update systems and track NCR status through the workflow
- Support backlog reduction through high-volume preparation work
- Build MRB knowledge toward future authority progression
Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or related) required
- 4+ years of engineering or manufacturing support experience
- Exposure to non-conformance / quality processes a plus
- Comfort working with engineering drawings and metadata
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- U.S. Person (ITAR/EAR); able to complete Boeing PI training
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift with periodic weekend coverage
