Responsibilities
● Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all mechanical systems.
● Supervise the operation and maintenance of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
● Monitor and maintain Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
● Inspect and maintain Fire Fighting systems, including pumps and related mechanical equipment.
● Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely repairs.
● Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
● Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and subcontractors.
● Conduct routine inspections to ensure all mechanical equipment is operating efficiently.
● Prepare maintenance reports and maintain maintenance records.
● Monitor spare parts inventory and submit material requests when required.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Previous experience in Facility Management or building/industrial maintenance is highly preferred.
- Experience in HVAC and air conditioning maintenance is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical MEP systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
