We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC and plumbing system design for complex, technically challenging projects while working alongside a fully integrated team of architects and engineers.

What You'll Do

  • Design HVAC and plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects
  • Perform engineering calculations, load analysis, ventilation studies, and equipment sizing
  • Develop mechanical system concepts and technical solutions
  • Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with architectural, electrical, civil, and structural disciplines
  • Participate in client meetings and design reviews
  • Conduct site investigations and field assessments
  • Support construction administration activities and respond to technical questions
  • Mentor designers and junior staff as appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of HVAC or building systems design experience
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, institutional, mission-critical, or utility-related projects
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and applicable building codes
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • EIT or PE preferred
