I’m helping a strong, European-based company add automation talent to their equipment development center. Automation design engineers are an essential part of their vibrant technical roadmap.
Location: east of Charlotte metro, almost no travel

What they are looking for in a candidate:
– Track record of designing & implementing automation
– Experience with machine design : power panel layout, component selection, end of arm gripper / tool design, robot selection / programming, and similar
– Project scoping, implemention, commission/ start up would be nice
– BSME/ Mechanical Engineering / Robotics/ Mechatronics or similar discipline
