Roles & Responsibilities
- Create mechanical/electromechanical InnoCSR products by studying customer needs, researching materials, and testing manufacturing methods.
- Ensure product/system quality through test designs, performance evaluations, and process validation.
- Analyze data and trends to prepare detailed product reports.
- Maintain operational efficiency by coordinating repairs and following maintenance protocols.
- Develop testing procedures to assess products and identify necessary modifications.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, feasibility, and implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 3+ years of experience.
- working in engineering and hydraulic machinery. Additional point for experience on hydraulic brick/ fly ash brick machines.
- Able to visit/ stay at site as required.
- Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products.
- Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems.
- High competence using standard office software systems including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
