Maintain and optimize critical mining equipment. Conduct diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance, repair and diagnostics of mining equipment (excavators, drilling rigs, quarry dump trucks, etc.).
- Analysis of the causes of malfunctions and implementation of measures to prevent them.
- Development and implementation of maintenance and preventive inspection plans.
- Monitoring compliance with technical standards and equipment operating rules.
- Maintaining technical documentation, including reports on completed work and spare parts consumption.
- Participation in the modernization and implementation of new technologies to improve equipment performance.
- Interaction with suppliers of equipment and spare parts.
- Training of personnel in the rules of operation and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (mechanics, mining equipment or related specialties).
- Experience as a mechanical engineer for mining equipment for at least 6 years.
- Deep knowledge of operating principles, design features and technical characteristics of mining equipment.
- Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Responsibility, attentiveness and willingness to work under increased stress.
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic and repair methods.
