EXP is on the hunt for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and enhance the design and analysis of mechanical systems for varied projects. This position focuses on technical leadership while conducting complex calculations, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, and delivering key project outcomes.
Your role will involve engaging with clients and managing the multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct mechanical system design and perform engineering tasks
• Validate complex calculations while ensuring standards compliance
• Create and review project documentation and specifications
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure effective teamwork
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Current P.Eng. licensure or qualifications to obtain
• Proven design experience in municipal and industrial projects
• Proficient with mechanical design software including AutoCAD
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
