Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance plans.
- Monitor daily machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure continuity of production operations and improve equipment efficiency.
- Follow up on maintenance faults and prepare technical reports.
- Recommend spare parts requirements and monitor consumption.
- Ensure maintenance documentation and technical records are updated accurately.
- Improve product quality and reduce reject rates through effective machine adjustments.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with production machinery and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or related software is a plus.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
