Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project design team staff performance and distribution
• Conduct regular team meetings to identify and resolve issues
• Forecast workload for upcoming projects
• Represent Introba in client and stakeholder meetings
• Train staff in design processes for technical continuity
Requirements:
• 6+ years in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design
• 5-10 years project management experience
• Familiar with BC Building Code and By-law
• Professional Engineer or Applied Science Technologist designation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
