Job Purpose
Supervise mechanical maintenance activities during the assigned shift to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise corrective, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance work and ensure compliance with maintenance plans and safety procedures.
- Conduct field inspections and oversee shift team performance.
- Review inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare shift maintenance reports, including equipment breakdowns and follow-up actions.
- Review engineering drawings and technical documents related to maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment.
- Experience in the cement industry is preferred.
Skills:
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
