MEP Coordinator (Abu Dhabi Based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing MEP projects, preparing project schedules, coordinating with project stakeholders.
- Maintaining project documentation and communicating progress to the project team.
- Fluency and familiarity of all contract documents.
- Manage and lead MEP subcontractors from contract award through project close out.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance and completeness.
- Review all pay requests from MEP subcontractors and ensure that they are proper and timely.
- Coordinate onsite MEP activities, materials procurement, and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff.
- Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed and requested.
Requirements:
- Must have Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree
- 15 years of experience
- Experience with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MEP codes and standards
