Responsibilities
· Ability to draft and design ductwork and piping systems
· Sets up jobs with Team, developing layouts in AutoCAD for electrical circuits or systems for power distribution and mechanical systems.
· Assistance with designing schematics in AutoCAD (and REVIT) for demolition and construction.
· Performing local job site surveys of mechanical and electrical layouts; marking up current floor plans to use in-house.
· Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
· Works to provide our clients with exactly what is in the project scope, within budget and on time.
· Ability to work to meet deadlines
· Flexibility in working on multiple projects, going from one to another as the clients’ need arises
· Working to problem-solve and create ideas to meet specific needs of clients’ projects
· Continuing professional development to stay apprised of new advances and changes in the industry
Qualifications
Strong AutoCAD, REVIT preferred
