Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia for an MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will oversee all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure upgrades in data centers. Responsibilities include managing budgets, reviewing submittals, and ensuring projects are completed on time while meeting quality standards and safety regulations. The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Proficiency in project management and demonstrated experience managing budgets effectively
- Ability to review and process submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with data center construction and infrastructure projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous
- Required 8 to 10 years working experience
