Position: Metallurgy Engineer For Steelmaking Technology Team
Responsibilities
- Prepare planning productivity to support optimization production strategy & efficiency
- Evaluate the operation productivity to improve operation performance and efficiency
- Conduct research of product and process development
- Prepare planning & control quality product to ensure production process can meet the required quality
- Perform varieties of task related with providing information and documentation of operation performance and improvement
- Conduct research of product and process development by coordination with related unit to support on reviewing existing process technology and development of alternatives product
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant university degree in Metallurgical Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Steel Industry, especially in Steelmaking Section and Continous Casting Plant Facility.
- Familiar with Ms. Excel, word, PowerPoint, and ERP System.
- Strong technical knowledge of Slab quality control principles, methods, and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and design complex systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
