Position Summary:
Nextern, an US based innovator in developing and manufacturing class II & III electro-mechanical medical devices is seeking a Molding PMC for its Binh Duong, Vietnam location. Join an organization with a passion for commercializing smart, effective and patient centric medical device solutions.
The Molding Production and Material Control (PMC) of the Supply chain is a member of the site supply chain team. This position will support indirect material and some small commodities.
Job Description:
Overall Responsibilities:
Enterprise resource planning for molding department, include:
- Material plan
- Material order
- Material receiving
- Payment process
- Molding plan
- Job management
- Shipping plan
- Finish goods delivery
Understand the purchasing processes:
- Purchasing request
- Purchasing order
- Logistics
- Payment processes
Stock control for both RM and FG according to inventory target
Supplier OTD/Customer OTD according to company target
Understand and assist the production engineers to ensure tooling, product and production time frames are met.
Acknowledge and respond to e-mails and tasks daily and accurately.
Manage the daily production priorities outlined by the corporate office.
Doing the payment after receiving the red INV
Carry out other duties from Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
Knowledge, And Skills
- Problem Solving – The ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutions to issues, collect data
- Communication Skills – Can communicate with the requestor to solve the purchasing request
- Negotiation
- Ethics – Consistently uses good judgment when analyzing right and wrong and performs at a level of conduct that is with incorporates ethics guidelines
- Excellence in-office application – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Qualification:
- BS above, Fresh Graduate or 2-3 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Highly- motivated, dynamic and result- oriented
