A Leading Woven Garments Company is looking for Officer, Industrial Engineering
Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency.
- Prepare operation breakdowns, line layouts, and capacity planning.
- Monitor production performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze line efficiency, labor productivity, and machine utilization.
- Support production teams in achieving targeted output and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain IE-related reports and documentation.
- Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Skills Required: Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Working under pressure, Garment production, Communication and interpersonal skill, MS Excel, Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 year(s)
