Job Description / Responsibility
- Execute daily production plans for condensed milk as per schedule and targets.
- Monitor all milk processing stages including receiving, standardization, evaporation, and packaging.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Maintain accurate batch-wise production records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Monitor product quality parameters such as taste, color, and consistency.
- Supervise production floor staff and allocate manpower based on production needs.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure a safe working environment while complying with company policies and regulatory standards.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Food Technology
Experience Requirements
