About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Onshore / Mooring Construction Representative to supervise the assigned onshore fabrication and mooring construction scope.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 10 years supervisory experiences in multidiscipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.
- The individual will functionally report to the Construction Coordinator.
- The roles primary responsibility during the execution phase of a project will be successful delivery of the associated project’s onshore fabrication work scope, to the required schedule, scope and quality requirements and supervision of the fabrication phase of the project including brownfield modifications.
- Involved and support FAT and SAT activity.
- Deliver material status required for fabrication and construction. Construction Reps shall be involved from receiving material in yard, or shore base until sail away of the material.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering.
- Min 15 years working experience in area production facility (Topside and Subsea) inspection, certification, maintenance and repair, asset integrity management; construction and Installation, the experience gained shall be in a similar role and the candidate shall have a strong construction engineering background and have demonstrable yard leadership skills.
- The candidate shall be able to organise, communicate and coordinate within the Project Development team in a proactive and cohesive manner.
- Having experience working in ORF facilities are preferable.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and consistently.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work the schedule required by the assignment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Ability to travel and work in office, fabrication-yard, onshore or offshore project environments as required by the assignment.
