- Direct responsibility for the performance of HVAC, electrical grids, water systems, and emergency machinery.
- Proven expertise in managing civil works, specifically high-durability paints, decorative finishes, and diverse flooring types (marble, wood, industrial).
- Implement and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs specifically designed for the 24/7 operational cycle of hotels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Expert-level command of CRM/Maintenance Management Systems for workflow tracking and reporting.
- A proven track record in the hospitality sector or specialized buildings.
- A unique blend of heavy mechanical troubleshooting skills and a refined eye for civil finishing works.
