This newly created role represents an outstanding opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its people, processes and future growth.

Projects are predominantly within the data centre, defence and critical infrastructure sectors, delivering technically challenging M&E and CSA packages for some of the world's most demanding clients.

The Role

This is far more than project delivery. You'll shape how projects are delivered by driving operational excellence, improving processes, mentoring Project Directors and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest possible standard.

You'll become a trusted advisor to clients while working closely with design, commercial, procurement and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution across the business.

  • Oversee design management, procurement and delivery strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor programme, commercial performance and project risk.
  • Champion quality, safety and operational excellence throughout the business.
  • Work closely with sales and pre-construction teams to support future growth.

About You

You'll likely come from one of the following sectors:

  • Data Centres
  • Mission Critical Facilities
  • Defence
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Critical Infrastructure
  • Major M&E Construction

You'll also possess:

  • Experience overseeing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage senior project teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
  • A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of design management, procurement and project delivery.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to make decisions and drive accountability across project teams.

What's on Offer?

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing engineering businesses at a pivotal stage in its growth.

You'll have genuine influence over how projects are delivered, the opportunity to shape operational processes, and a clear route into senior operational leadership as the business continues to expand.

If you're looking for a role where you can lead major projects, improve the way a business delivers, and make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an environment where quality matters, deadlines are real, and successful delivery means getting every detail right the first time.
