Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Performance & Impact Specialist to support the measurement and evaluation of digital transformation initiatives through KPIs, performance monitoring, dashboards, and impact assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and monitor digital performance indicators.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports.
- Measure digital maturity and transformation outcomes.
- Analyze KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support data-driven decision making.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations.
- Monitor project performance and benefits realization.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Management, KPI Management, PMO, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
Preferred Skills
- KPI development.
- Dashboard reporting.
- Data analysis.
- Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Excel (Advanced).
