Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance planning processes to support efficient project execution.
- Establish and optimize manpower planning and resource allocation for maintenance activities.
- Monitor and report maintenance costs, work progress, and overall performance.
- Identify and recommend spare parts, special tools, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate planned shutdown activities.
- Track maintenance schedules, shutdown progress, and prepare related reports.
- Coordinate maintenance planning activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programs.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation equipment within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance planning or supervisory role.
- Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning for static and rotating equipment.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown coordination, and resource management.
- Strong understanding of maintenance reporting, cost control, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning systems and standard computer applications.
