Role Description
The Plant Maintenance Manager will oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and seamless workflow in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role based in Abu Dhabi, operating as a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. Responsibilities include developing and executing preventive maintenance plans, managing a maintenance team, troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues, and aligning maintenance activities with operational goals for productivity and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance Management, Equipment Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Supervisory roles
- Proficiency in planning and executing maintenance strategies efficiently
- Ability to lead teams and manage maintenance schedules effectively
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, facilities management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
