Role Description
This is a part-time and remote role for a Plant Maintenance Manager. The individual in this role will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, including the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules. The Plant Maintenance Manager will also monitor and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repairs and upkeep.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Experience with Maintenance Management, ensuring organized and efficient use of resources
- Knowledge and expertise in Maintenance & Repair processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in maintenance operations
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus
