ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, consistent product quality, and strong cost control, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, strategic, and capable of driving continuous improvement across plant operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Plant Operations:

  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and on-time output aligned with business targets.

2. Production Planning & Inventory Control:

  • Ensure accurate production planning and optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing waste and cost.

3. Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure all operations meet HACCP, hygiene standards, and Cambodian regulatory requirements, maintaining consistent product quality.

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE policies, maintaining a safe working environment.

5. Cost & Performance Management:

  • Manage plant budget and track key KPIs (efficiency, waste, cost, output), driving continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Ensure reliable supply of raw materials through effective coordination with procurement and suppliers.

7. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop plant teams to deliver high performance and foster accountability.

8. Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operations.

QUALIFICAION REQUIREMENT

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years in manufacturing/plant operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in FMCG, beverage, or food production is highly preferred.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
  • Familiar with quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO) and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience using ERP systems and production reporting tools.

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.

Business & Operational Skills:

  • Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and KPI management.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Personal Attributes:

  • Results-driven, hands-on, and highly accountable.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
