A global medical technology manufacturer is seeking an Filmcast Engineer in the Greater Chattanooga, Tennessee area.
Candidates Must Have:
- 7+ years of progressive engineering/technical experience in plastics engineering, including filmcast engineering
- Experience with medical device manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Skilled in problem-solving methods: Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP
- Ability to solve complex issues and improve productivity, capacity, and performance
- Lead team initiatives and mentor junior staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
