We are now developing a 20,000m² state-of-the-art facility featuring even more advanced automation and production systems, setting new benchmarks in the Indonesian furniture industry.

We are seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to lead production planning and inventory control in our current operations, while designing and scaling processes for our new, larger, and more sophisticated facility.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) for a highly automated furniture manufacturing operation.
  • Create and execute detailed production schedules to optimize machine utilization and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee material planning, inventory control, and procurement coordination to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on production performance data and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and operations teams to prepare new material qualification process.
  • Prepare systems, workflows, and capacity planning models for the upcoming 20,000m² factory expansion.
  • Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP systems for integrated planning and production control.
  • Build and mentor a strong PPIC team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing (furniture or FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems. Homag iX and any furniture production system experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale production teams in fast-paced, growing environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
