Pre‑Construction & Pursuit Coordinator Overview
Coordinate the procurement of heavy civil project pursuits through the RFQ and RFP process.
Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, logistics and operations teams.
Write technical narratives as well as project profiles and resumes.
Manage all document control for new and ongoing projects.
Complete technical reviews of the design to identify and resolve constructability concerns and conflicts.
Regularly track, monitor and follow up on documentation or issues.
Review or draft RFIs and confirm accuracy prior to issuance to consultants, including identifying optimal solutions.
Organize and chair or minute meetings.
Assist the Project Manager in planning for upcoming work.
Qualifications
You are a hard‑working, detail‑oriented, organized, reliable, and proactive team player.
You understand contract delivery models such as Construction Management, Design‑Build, Alliance, IPD, and Progressive Design‑Build.
You have an Engineering degree or Construction Management / Technology diploma.
You have experience working onsite completing heavy civil construction projects or experience working on projects in the pursuit phase.
You are eager to learn, grow your career, and contribute to the successful completion of project pursuits.
The salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 CAD.
