Job Purpos
eThe Process Engineer drives measurable improvement across Faham Group's manufacturing operations — increasing productivity, reducing waste and defects, and standardizing processes. The role partners closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Installation teams to identify root causes of inefficiency and deliver practical, sustainable solutions on the shop floor. The ideal candidate should come from a manufacturing environment where Lean principles, production optimization, and process standardization are integral to daily operations
