Provide process engineering support for continuous-process chemical production units. You will optimize unit performance, provide troubleshooting support to operations, and develop long-range process improvement plans. This is a well-established international chemical producer that offers a 9/80 work schedule and a profit share.
- Oversee the integrity of the units
- Review operating envelopes
- Develop and execute process improvement projects
- Track yields and feedstock costs to support the month-end closing
- Develop process KPI's
- Monitor catalyst performance
- Identify bottlenecks and develop plans to resolve them.
- Support PSM, MOC, and lead RCA studies
BS CHE and 5 or more years of chemical plant experience.
