Process Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Process Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, minimizing downtime, improving product quality, and supporting overall operational efficiency through process analysis, troubleshooting, and engineering support.
Job Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Production Support
- Monitor and sustain production lines to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and parameter optimization
- Analyze machine failures and process inefficiencies, then implement corrective actions
- Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis for machines, tools, fixtures, and jigs
- Support and lead trials for new models, processes, and equipment setup
- Assist in process simulations and development of new process flows
- Monitor line performance and identify non-conformances or quality concerns
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of production tools and fixtures
- Ensure compliance with machine setup and operational standards
- Support change model activities and new model introductions
Production Monitoring & Documentation
- Analyze production data and generate reports on machine performance, defects, and process improvements
- Document non-conformance incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Maintain and update technical documents such as BOM, EON, and process reports
- Prepare turnover reports and provide updates on process improvements and troubleshooting activities
- Assist in engineering sample preparation and inventory management
Team Coordination & Technical Support
- Supervise and support technicians during machine setup and troubleshooting activities
- Assign tasks and monitor technician schedules and performance
- Conduct training related to new processes, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations
- Experience in machine troubleshooting, process optimization, and production support
- Background in handling fixtures, jigs, and production equipment qualification
- Experience in line setup, new model introduction, and process improvement projects
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation such as BOM and Engineering Orders (EON)
