Responsibilities
- Leading team and other function for process improvement, line balancing and other activity of productivity improvement
- Hands on with daily task using TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, DOE, and other engineering tools
- Manage product processing and industrialization processes
Qualification
- Graduate of D3/ Bachelor Degree Mechanical Electrical/Electronic Engineering related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Process control manufacturing Electronic, FMCG and other
- Fundamental knowledge of safety work practices, LOTO implementation & 5S understanding and implementation
- Understanding SAP, BOM, MES or other system use in manufacturing process
- Able to work independently and as part of a tea
- Willing to work in shifts & Overtime, and locations that require mobility
- Excellent in English, knowledge of mandarin is preferred
- Willing to be placed in East Java area
